Here are top 7 tips for maximum health benefits.

  1.  Upon Waking in the Morning 
    Take advantage of the good quality energy in nature and take a few moments to bring positive thoughts for the day ahead.  Visualise and set goals you want to accomplish.
  2. Stretching 
    Exercising first thing in the morning is a great way to start the day.  Get rid of negative energy, stretch muscles, joints, ligaments and take a few deep breaths.   Here’s a quick pick me up shake.    Take a couple of minutes to cleanse negative energy.    Stand straight shake both hands vigorously, next shake  the right leg, left leg.  Finally shake the whole body gently bringing hands towards  to the feet continuously shaking all over.  Come back up.  Rest.  Make two fists with the hands and  bring them to the chest, inhale , release  hands into the air and exhale.
  3.  Refresh & Rinse
    Rinse your face with cool water, rinse out your mouth splash cool water over your eyes.  Blink your eyes and gently rub eyelids in a circular motion for a few turns.
  4. Gargle
    Gargle water  with s few drops of sesame oil to strengthen  gums and remove. Hold oil in mouth for about a minute spit out and gently massage gums with finger..
  5. Chewing
    Chewing in the morning stimulates the liver, stomach and improves digestive fire.  Take a small handful of sesame seeds or couple of dried dates and piece of dried coconut meat.
  6. Self Massage with Sesame Oil
    After showering in the morning genrly apply a small amount of warm sesame oil to the body to keep the skin soft, stimulate circulation and protect  joints.
  7. Drink glass of hot water
    Enjoy a cuppa with ¼ tsp natural apple cider vinegar and ¼ tsp honey.
