On the other hand let’s look at the unique concept of food and diet from the Ayurvedic perspective. According to Kerala Ayurveda Academy, diet is defined as what you take from from any mode whether of taste, touch, look, feel or touch. What is important is to understand and find quality foods that nourish your body and mind system. Some research in the area of Ayurveda diet and nutrition is required to find foods that suit you the best. This includes going to courses, reading books, talking with others about their experiences and going to Ayurveda cooking classes.
Ayurveda cooking is easy, tasty and delicious but you do need to put some time aside to cook fresh meals. Isn’t your good health worth that extra effort?
