Ginger

Ginger is spicy and aromatic. Its  natural ability as a healing plant aids  conditions due in part to excessive inflammation.  Inflammation is the underlying cause of many illnesses and is the body’s response to injury and illness in an attempt to restrict movement while it undergoes repair.  Inflammation subsides as the body heals.  However many inflammatory conditions can become chronic like arthritis, diverticulosis where the inflammation does not reduce.   Ginger is beneficial in these cases as it partly inhibits the enzymes that go awry.
